If you have any questions please visit to the a new “AEIF Help Desk” on the AEIF section of the International Exchange Alumni website (alumni.state.gov) and join on the International Exchange Alumni Facebook page on February 5th (8 am ET) and 18th (1 pm ET), forlive Q&As. AEIF team will be standing by to answer all of your questions.

Important Dates:

February 3: AEIF Launches: On February 3rd, AEIF 2014 begins! Gather your teams, ideas, and excitement! You can begin to submit proposals starting at 12 Noon EST.
February 5 and 18: Facebook Q&A on the International Exchange Alumni Facebook page for live about the competition
February 24: Proposals are due today! Proposals are due by noon EST on February 24th! Get your proposals done, and don't be late as exceptions will not be made.
March 10: Alumni Voting Begins: Finalists will be announced on March 10th. Log in to vote for your favorite projects!
March 31: Final Proposal Are Due: Don't be late for this very important date! Finalists have until March 31st at noon EST to refine their project proposals.
May 11: AEIF 2015 Winners Announced!
